Hans Rennings is a seasoned indirect tax specialist with over 20 years of experience in complex VAT environments. He combines deep technical expertise with hands-on business experience, having spent five years leading the Indirect Tax team at Ahold Delhaize and four years as a Partner in Deloitte’s indirect tax practice. He has broad experience across VAT, including retail, e-commerce, M&A, international trade, and dispute resolution, and has a strong focus on indirect tax strategy, governance, and control. He is passionate about working in multidisciplinary teams and supporting clients with pragmatic, forward-looking solutions, combining technical excellence with a highly personal and committed approach.
